I had a great stay at this hotel - staff was friendly and helpful, especially with providing transportation advice. The room was comfortable, with old-style but elegant furniture and good quality sleep. I appreciated the cleanliness and the availability of hotel facilities. The location was a little out of the way, but easily accessible to public transportation making it a convenient trip to the central train station.
Couldn't stay longer.

The design of the hall and some furniture was surprisingly smart. The staff were nice.
Poor breakfast, the rooms are not comfortable. Far far away from the center. It is not even in Rome. We rented a car so it saved us from long walking-taking buses-metro-cabs..

They charged only one night on on.line booking, without info, so extra payment was a nightmare and unexpected

The hotel had comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The fridge in the room was a useful extra, especially for keeping drinks cool in the heat. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a shuttle service to key tourist destinations.
The hotel was located too far from the city center. Public transportation involved multiple changes and took a long time, which wasn't ideal for a city break.

The guy at reception spoke english very well and was very helpful. I got in quite late and he helped organise dinner for me. I had some issues with the wi-fi, but he quickly fixed that for me.
It is quite challenging to get to this hotel from the Rome train station - I caught a cab as it was going to be too much trouble taking public transport with luggage. The bathroom was clean, but it very tiny - and the shower and toilet are next to each other with nothing separting them... there is a shower curtain but it does not come across the toilet. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about.

The staff were fantastic. My girlfriend is disabled and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and to help us wherever we needed it. They even arranged for and loaned us a wheelchair. Special thanks to Gina and Petar for all their help.
Its about 12 kilometers from Rome City Centre, which is a little far, especially when there is heavy traffic.

Great hotel and excellent value. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Rome as long as they have a car. Takes about 20 mins to drive to near Vatican where there is great value parking. Staff were v friendly and helpful. Lots to eat for breakfast.

During my Easter trip, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near public transportation. it was affordable and came with complimentary breakfast. the staff were friendly and approachable, always willing to help with any questions or concerns.
The room was a bit too small for my liking, and the walls were a bit thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to filter in. the location was a bit far from the main attractions, requiring a bit of travel time to reach them.

Rooms were really nice.
Location kinda seemed like it was in a bad part of town, but we had no problems and it's very close to public transportation. So if you want to save money, stay there!! Rooms were really really nice.

Located outside the tourist crowds, this hotel is easily accessible from the FR3 station and only a short bus ride from the metro station at Battistini. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the service is attentive and the breakfast simple but tasty. the hotel is decorated with unique and interesting details that make it a memorable experience.
Some guests may find the location far from popular attractions.
